Greaves Gardening take customer complaints very seriously, these should be discussed with Hugo on his direct mobile 07843 384242 or email [email protected]. Depending on the nature of the complaint, Greaves Gardening use the following disciplinary procedure. Hugo will individually interview all members of staff involved at the earliest opportunity and will decide on the correct course of action.
